Saptapadi restaurant started their endless journey by paying tributeto the Bengali silver screen couple “Uttamkumar& Suchitra sen.” To celebrate the birthday of Suchitra Sen our restaurant will start a food festival termed as”Rina Brown Food Festival”. In those graceful days we are offering our valuable guest with a special innovative menu which includes various starter like Bhappa Murgir Paturi,Chingri Sobar-Upore, Sonali Bhetki,Illish Agnipariksha etc.To quenching one’s throat we are coming up with some sensational welcome drinks like Gondhor cha-er Shorbot, Roated aam pudina shorbot ,etc.Fish items we are coming up with Illiser Chao-pao, Panchphoron Batti Chingri, Koi Bipasa, Kasha Aar, Rasun Lanka Bhetki and etc, Meat dishes will feature item like Saptapadir Avinava mangsho, Kanchlanka Murgi, Achari Ghodhoraj murgi, etc. The veg menu also includes Dhoka Paneer Dalna, Aachri bhindi,Phulkophir Mahima,Begun Basanti , etc. Apart from authentic we are also coming up with Chingri Biriyani. To mesmerise your meal we are coming up with some innovative low calorie dessert like Sugarfree Bhappa Sandesh, Ice- Cream Patisapta, Gandhoraj Caramel Custard.
This Food Festival will be from 6th April-13th April.
However on those special days we will be organising a brainstorming session in which we will be giving a questionnaire to the guest with some question which will carry some marks. The question will carry some marks, the marks which they will score will get deducted from their food bill.
